The Bossier Hotel and Suites features an on-site full service Adam’s Restaurant and Lounge. We serve a complimentary hot breakfast daily that features, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, biscuits (with gravy), fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, breakfast breads, juice and coffee or tea. Lunch and dinner are available Monday through Friday. Saturday evening dinner is also served. The on-site lounge, Adam’s is open nightly except on Sunday’s.

Lunch
Each weekday offers a different scrumptious buffet with your choice of two-entrees, potato, vegetables, salad bar, rolls and butter, dessert, and ice tea. You may also order a salad, sandwich, burger, or entrée from our menu. Our Lunch Buffet is available Monday - Friday from 11:00AM - 1:30PM, $7.45 + tax per person.

Dinner
An exciting menu designed by our Executive Chef offers a great variety of appetizers, steaks, seafood, pasta, and entrees with regional Louisiana cuisine . For lighter appetites, we offer sandwiches, burgers, soup, salad or salad bar. The Chef also offers many tempting desserts too.

Adam’s Lounge
Our lounge, Adam's, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. Open daily, excluding Sunday, the lounge hosts an early happy hour and stays open late serving up many of your favorite drinks including Margaritas, Long Island Ice Tea, Martini’s and many other classic cocktails. Banquets & Catering
The Bossier Hotel and Suites has over 6,400 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. Our professional staff can assist you in planning and executing your next business meeting, convention, reunion, or wedding. We have delicious and tempting menus available for you to choose from. We can also have our own on-site Executive Chef custom design a menu just for you and your event.
